  The workers are incredibly rude and when they forgot stuff and went back to get it they were rude and disrespectful and this was the MANAGER. Very disappointing since this has been a repeating thing since it’s reopened

  2 tacos 1 gordita crunch 1 small nacho fries and nachos cheese 1 small drink $20. The drive through is horrible. Makes no sense the design. The prices are insane. Wont be donating my money here anymore

  I had the worst experience I ever had at this Tacobell. The person who took my order entered the order incorrectly. When I went back to get my order corrected the supervisor in the store on night shift was extremely rude and was not helpful. The supervisor raised her voice at me multiple times when I tried to explain the issue. I attempted to ask for her name but everyone including the supervisor refused to give me her name. She also snatched my receipt out of my hand when I tried to show her the missing items and then proceeded to ball it up and throw it and then she walked away from me. I felt threatened and she said she wanted to physically assault me while the interaction happened. She didn't want to satisfy the customer or provide professional customer service. She kept tapping her fingers on the counter when I was attempting to explain the issue but kept cutting me off. I will never visit this location again.

  honestly at this point theyve always suck they hire new people tht are jst 10x worse cause they don’t care about there jobs the staff argues back and don’t give u the correct items that you ordered for your service, i don’t understand why you guys update a store just to have the same shitty customer service

  Might be new and busy but placed an order on the app and drove there after 15 minutes to pick up. Stood there for 25 minutes and when I asked the manager snapped that all the staff was new and they were busy. Finally got my food and she said oh we were only a minute past the time technically. App said it would be done in 8 minutes so I think a full37 minutes for the order is crazy. Came throw together in the bag, nacho fries soggy and gross. Total waste of $45
