  Sat in the drive through for legitimately 15 minutes to get a an “Asiago” bagel that was nothing but bread(i want the cheese or i’d just order a plain bagel)and a FERMENTED passionfruit energy that tasted like a 4loko (fully GRIMACED upon first sip)! If you’re not going to properly clean the machines just don’t offer the drink.

  Went through the drive through, the guy in the window was very nice, but they forgot to give me a fork & now I don’t know how I’m going to eat half of my meal

  UNSANITARY/ NOT EDIBLE! Food was cold and not being wrapped. No utensils or napkins. I sent in a survey mentioning this, the response apologized and offered me a free soufflé yet nothing has changed. Also, I did not actually receive the free offer to redeem, only in words. I arrived only 2-3 minutes after my order was finished and upon receiving it, it was cold. It is not okay to serve cold food, and it is not sanitary to stack unwrapped food on top of each other with nothing protecting the food, and the bottoms touching the tops of other things. There was no line, no one else, yet it took awhile and the quality was very low. This has been happening at this location, I am upset. I get these to give to the kids I volunteer with, and it makes it harder when I have to heat the food up on the road and they aren't properly wrapped. Staff is not friendly, fast, or attentive. Last week, I had placed a pickup order and nothing was at the pickup area, and no one was at the front. A worker walked by me, didn’t say hi or look at me, and said “If you have a pickup order you have to go over there” and pointed at the regular dining area. Workers seem unhappy to do their job, often giving attitude and just not being friendly. Also, not wrapping food shows that they are unwilling to do their job as required. Never have seen this at another fast food restaurant before. It’s gross. It shocks me that a manager or supervisor isn’t enforcing employees simply package the food properly. Will be going elsewhere where it is sanitary.

  They have the best sandwiches and salads. Little pricey but worth it!

  Went in and order my lunch told him I have a tomato allergy and they ended up putting tomatoes on my sandwich. if I wouldn’t have found them tomatoes on my sandwich, I would’ve ended up in the ER.
