- TTTeeApr 29, 20261.0***UPDATE*** After I submitted a complaint to the Domino's website, I received a response from the restaurant on 5/3/26. They apologized for the order and gave me a full refund I was grateful for. I never tolerate anyone stealing money from me and will do whatever it takes to be restored. 4/29/26. I ordered 2 loaded chickens, one bacon tomato and one sweet BBQ. My son went to pick up our orders. When I opened it, they were so BURNT I could hardly tell what they were. You couldn't see BBQ sauce, you couldn't see bacon, you couldn't see cheese. They saw it was burnt before they put it in the box and sent it out anyway. I called the store to ask for a refund and the person who answered the phone, I assume the manager, told me no, they don't give refunds! TERRIBLE quality control and customer service. I will NEVER order from them again! I also filed a complaint online through their customer service portal demanding a refund of the $15 it cost me for BURNT TRASH!! I will post an update when I hear back from corporate.

But there was literally only 13 little pieces sparsley scattered over the pizza. You can't tell me that was "extra sausage???!!! Although, I was charged for the extra. But that was only 1/2 the issue. The guys working were cursing without caring that myself and another customer could hear everything. And, everyone of them were moving at a snails pace. It wasn't even busy at the time I went. There was no pride in their jobs or the work. It was also very messy/dirty....not exactly the image you want to see when their making a pizza for you. Very disappointed.

I tried to talk to her calmly, but she got into her car and drove off quickly just to avoid speaking with me. Zero professionalism and terrible customer service. This kind of behavior reflects very badly on Domino’s. The company should be much more careful about who they hire to represent their brand. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this service.
