  The claw machines with the children stuffed animals should be easier to get them out instead of being wedged in between each other. You charge enough money you should be willing to let the children win a toy. Dave & Buster's in Woodbury NJ is very kid friendly when it comes to winning prizes.

  I’ve been to this location several times over the last few years, but my last two visits were fantastic. I had great service from my bartender Carla who served me both of the last two visits. Extremely attentive, and my drinks were great. She suggested great food options both times I was here. I will be coming back to this location with friends in the near future!

  I must say that i have to give credit where its due … my son is on the spectrum and this is his favorite place to go … Manager Craig was helpful … Julien at the front desk was extremely helpful and thorough with helping transfer my points to a powertap band … it was a lot but he did it all with a smile … GIGI was Grade A … she went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of … she helped us and suggested what to choose on the menu and also helped us obtain our power tap bands …. All with a smile as well .:thank you

  As soon as we walked in we was greeted and the hostess walked us to our table. I must say our waitress ( GiGi) immediately greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions still smiling. We had issues with wrist bands and she said no problem I can assist you. I am basically giving her acknowledgement because it is so hard to find great hospitality and this amazing woman has it. She is truly a gem in this location. I will return again at this location and ask for Gigi each time I return!!! Thank you so much 🙃 also thank you ( JC ) who promptly came to clean up our table with a smile, asked us if we are okay! I mean key players!!! Management must be nice to the employees because it shows. Thank you again 💓 for the experience.

  First and last time my family comes to Dave and busters. We made an online reservation for a party of 9. We got there and were promptly told they did not have our reservation and the wait would be an hour and a half. Okay whatever no big deal. The issue that lies underneath is the fact the young man at the host stand LIED to our faces. I checked my email AGAIN for the reservation in which it was clear as day time and date. Walked back into the building and promptly asked why they said they didn’t have our reservation if I had the proof? The blonde hair woman “manager” who was beyond rude and absolutely did not seem to have a 0 care in the world that her “staff” was not only lying to us but trying to deny our reservation. She began to tell me I was being rude and acting like a fool which was ironic considering I had both my husband and my child with me who were witnesses as well as my husbands entire family who again were witnesses. She got a table for us within 10 minutes HOWEVER she was still rude and condescending. Meanwhile I’m explaining to the host who tried to say “who told you they would have a table in 5 minutes for you?” Which I was explaining the blonde woman manager was getting it settled. He then complained saying I was cursing him out etc which again hilarious because I did not speak in any tone nor curse. After getting our table ready etc the server we had was a literal gem and absolutely sweet as ever. However yall truly need to look at who you hire because clearly yall don’t want bigger parties who have a $319 check for your business. Lmao. Pathetic manager. And pathetic dread headed host. Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience from the front of house staff.
