  My girlfriend took me here for my Birthday on Saturday 10/17. Food was pretty good. She dropped $100 on the meal and $40 on arcade games. Before leaving I noticed my prescription sunglasses were missing. I asked the Host to check our table and Lost and Found. He refused. I contacted customer service and the manager. No response. We will never go there again.

  I came in here with my family around 8:30 with a Groupon I purchased online for $25 food voucher, and $90 game play for 2..., there was only 2 tables occupied, done eating, and we sat for SO LONG before ANYONE came over to us, eventually the hostess noticed and came over and got our drink order.. Then the waitress came over FINALLY, with an attitude, no knowledge of the Groupon (even though her manager explained it to her and us plenty of times) She kept taking my phone to scan it in the back, be gone forever, and then come back and asked me if I can unlock my phone again, that happened four times!!!!!! and then eventually are food had already come out and we were pretty much done eating and we STILL didn't receive our play cards that she stands for over an hour prior!!!! the whole point was to play with the play cards before we ate our food or ordered, it is a school night, and we just got the play cards 10 minutes ago! NOBODY has been to check on our table at all, even though my waitress is literally at the bar cleaning, not once did she look over to see we are done and need boxes?!! My kids are playing now and I am stuck at the table waiting for someone to come over so I can ask for boxes and refills and the bill..... I missed all of the opportunity to play in the arcade with my 2 girls completely. Big waste of my $130!!! This happens EVERY time we come here, and it sucks because we save up for this for a long while, and surprise the kids once a year celebrating a special event here. Yet to have a good experience or find anyone that knows what they are doing that works here. Clueless!!! Don't waste your time dining in, just come for the games, it's hard to mess that up. Management is horrible also, I managed a lot of different places, and these managers here don't care to properly train their staff or know how to manage the floor. My 12 year old could run circles around them.. It is know 10:55pm and my husband had to chase someone and ask for togo boxes... It's like we are invisable, I suggest switching positions with the dishwasher in the back, hed probably do a better job 🙄 11:00 on a Monday.. this is ridiculous.

  My first experience coming in to Dave and busters was everyone was friendly i came in from shopping and I just wanted something great to eat I met Carla wonderful server and bartender she so humble and sweet she gave me opposition which I love he gave me great thing Jalen gave me a great place being that I was not from town these girls work hard there true Gems

  We had a wonderful time at Dave & Buster’s! The wings were great, the fries were delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were a big hit with my wife. My kids absolutely loved the games, which made the experience even more fun for the whole family. It’s a great place to enjoy good food, have fun, and make memories together. Everyone found something to enjoy, and we all left happy. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Dave & Buster’s to families looking for a fun outing with great food and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back! 🎮🍗🎉

  First time being here in a while. We had family visiting out of state and visited here this evening. Atmosphere was very welcoming and open, staff was very friendly. Eating area was very well kept and tidy. Food was really good 👍😎 Alcoholic drinks were very good as well, the best part is when the manager came up and gave us a complimentary drink, on the house, because staff needs to be trained on all recipes within the business. Staff was very attentive and quick with service and food, our server was absolutely fantastic 💞 I just wish I could remember her name, she had beautiful braids. We had purchased the $55 value power card for the evening for everyone and was totally worth the value! For the drinks, they were appropriate pricing as well.The games that they had are very fun and not bad for token pricing per game. All gaming systems were clean including the tables around the room, the bathroom was fairly clean. We had an absolute blast! Definitely coming back here for date night in the future. They have value deals and value days, always take advantage of. Thank you for a wonderful night!
