  They charged my card for $115 and told me my card was declined. Then expected me to pay another $115. The money came out of my bank and they acted like it was my fault and I’m crazy for not wanting to scan my card again. The manager was extremely rude. Never again dace and busters. You’ve gotten your last $ of my hard earned money. Because of your condescending manager in Allentown. Long beard. Holier than though way of talking to people.

  AJ should be the bar manager. Point blank Period. I’ve been in the food industry over 20 years. He embodies what a manager should be and walks the walk. In my honest opinion he should be your go to guy. Also I’d like to shout out Alondra she showed the upmost patience with the party I came with. Granted we were a bit chaotic so I take full responsibility of that but other then that she was great from start to finish.

  Bartender aj is the best bartender is the Lehigh valley! You need to come visit him at the bar. He is always a great time and makes some amazing drinks. The managing staff is also amazing! I was there tonight to watch the 76ers game. I walked in with my jersey in and sat at the bar. Within 15 seconds one of the managers Jimmy came over and asked if I would like the game on the tv right in front of me. He then proceeded to put it on for me and check up on me several times. This is an amazing place! I could not recommended anywhere better to hangout to watch any type of sporting event!

  This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with my students. I decided to plan an end-of-the-year celebration at Dave & Buster’s for a group of students that I mentor, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My point of contact was Gina, and she was absolutely amazing. She guided me through the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free until we officially booked the event. On the day of the celebration, we were welcomed by phenomenal staff members including Jeff, Jimmy, Krystal, and of course Gina. They made us feel genuinely appreciated and were excited to have us there. We also had incredible servers, Amy and Yami, who provided outstanding hospitality throughout the event. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, welcome, or level of service. I’m beyond grateful and can’t wait to plan with them again in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY. My boyfriend and I unfortunately came here for the first time on a date night. The food was basic and it took forever to get our food. We each did the eat and play combo for $59.99 that included “Unlimited Game Play”, but found out after playing games for 3+ hours that we were capped out at 1,500 points. (We would have each won over 5,000 points or more each). We wouldn't have known if my boyfriend didn't check to see how many points that he had on the balance scanner. After finding that out, I respectfully asked an employee who was walking around why we weren’t credited our points that we earned with our “Unlimited Game Play” cards, we were told “oh someone should have told you.” with an attitude. We will never be back here. Edit: I would now like to add that I had reached out to their “Guest Relations” department like they had suggested me to do when they commented back to my review and it didn’t get me anywhere. It was the biggest waste of my time. They did absolutely nothing to try to justify the situation other than saying, “I’m very sorry to hear about the experience you had, and I apologize for any frustration or discomfort caused during your visit. We strive to treat all guests with respect, and I regret that this was not your experience.” I am beyond irritated to say the least and will never be back to this location nor any other location ever again.
