  Waited to see if they would fix the issue but they didn’t so here it is. Was there as a nice planned going away dinner and fun time for my buddy before he leaves for the military. We get in there and get seated just to have to wait about 45 minutes after we’re done eating to get told that the system is down to pay. We wait about another 15 minutes before asking if it’s back up again. The server then decided to get snotty with us. We waited another 45 minutes before being asked if we’re able to pay with cash. Which we did cause there was no other choice. After that, we go over to the arcade/gaming area, just to figure out that the system for EVERY SINGLE GAME in the place is also down. Safe to say we did not have the type of night we intended on having.

  This is more of a review for the food service we had a friendly waitress kid friendly also. The time it took to get our order was not acceptable we were a party of 6. We waited 1 hour for food you can imagine a 1.5 and 7 year old hungry. Keep getting apologies for the wait. They weren't even crowded. Will not be going back for food. That being said the food was very good and they so enjoyed the play place. We will just make sure we eat first. All the kids playing and teens were friendly and patient with kids running around.

  First of all I love Dave and busters, I come to eat here minimum twice a month, exceptional service, super chill, great music, and they always have the current games on the tv which I love on a date night, Today I had my first mistake on my order this time was takeout, when I called they were super kind and willing to fix my order, they fixed my order perfectly, no complaints, just very understanding which I really appreciate, so yes I had to write a review because the workers are amazing head to toe. All shifts they have always given me great service and this was definitely the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend eating here, having date nights here, and bringing your kids! Thank you again for the amazing managers on shift today at 3pm and all the staff!

  My wife and I took our 5 year old daughter there for lunch today! It was a little crowded but not bad at all. Took over 15 mins for a server to come over to our table and take our drink order( which she messed up) never brought my soda. Then it took over 40 mins for our food to come out after we order. She never checked in with us while we waited for a kids pizza, salad, and a chicken sandwhich. My french fries were cold. Our server was friendly but definitely had too many tables for her to handle. I am very disappointed in this experience. Several other tables were complaining as well and nothing was done. No Manager came out. No refund was offered nothing was done. I hope something is done to make up for this unacceptable lunch.

  If you use debit card or credit I would keep an eye on your account. I was there this Monday and they charged my card $151 (my bill for the 4 eat n plays) 3 times. It's just like they kept swiping my card. The crazy thing is I went to my shop the next day and was telling one of my employees about how I went to Dave & busters, so his client said to me before I finish, to stop. Then his client told us they charged him like 3 times a couple months ago! The chances of that are probably very large seeing how this has been something going on for months, and me just mentioning it 1 time had someone say the same happened to them. I contacted them the next day when I went to move money around and realized. Initially they tols me they couldn't do anything beside have the gm call me next day. I ended up calling around 1230pm since I didn't hear anything, asked for the gm, gave my info when they returned i was told the gm is in a meeting. Literally within 20 seconds of hanging up i got 2 notifications that my account is being credited 151. The gm called me shortly after apologizing and said it will be returned. Didn't really have any explanation nor try giving any compensation. So we're 4 days in and the money still hasn't been returned as it's pending. To some that could put them negative. Taking that much money out for a week or how ever much longer its going to take is crazy. Its even crazier that it's probably happened to hundreds if not more. The food is drunk food that you'd find at any decent bar. The staff is friendly. The games are cool and my children liked it overall besides some of the food. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. But I'd definitely just bring cash if I did go back.
