Missed items frequently. This isn’t an employee issue. This is a management issue. The management team here encourages stinginess and pushing out food that is below Chipotle’s standards. Corporate I strongly encourage examination of this store and evaluation standards directly at the management level. The employees are always doing what they’re told. The manager is definitely the problem in this local.

Workers at the counter were rushing customers because the line was a bit long and were acting annoyed when I had to double check my phone for my friend's order. They did not have any steak ready on hand or cooking. They ended up putting the wrong veggies on my friend's burrito anyway because they were rushing so much. Got to the drink counter and there was zero ice in the machine, so my drinks were warm by the time I got home. Almost 40 dollars for two burritos, a small bag of chips, and two warm drinks. I will not ever be coming back to this location.
