  Got a text and someone came out to ask my name and check for the order. 10 minutes later, I went in and my order was already forgotten and stored on bottom shelf. A few minutes later, I was home, and the calamari was mush because of the container, fish and chips were soggy, and there was no bread and dip. In the future, no chance I will add tip before getting my order to check for accuracy. Bonefish Grills across the nation get my reviews and lose customers because of order accuracy, which is caused by lack of training, poor customer focus, and the lack of attention to orders that are "take out"...regarded as not important. My relationship with my partner has been cold for months and this was our first attempt at reconnecting at home. Our meal did 'zero' to help. Thanks a lot.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience at Bonefish Grill – Whitehall My family and I had dinner at Bonefish Grill in Whitehall today, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We arrived around 3:40 p.m. on a Sunday after seeing Toy Story 5. The restaurant was nearly empty, and we were told there would be a short wait while they transitioned from lunch to dinner. After about five minutes, we were seated. Our server, Ryan, was friendly, but I immediately noticed the floors around our table were dirty. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp and calamari. The shrimp was good, but the calamari was extremely greasy and unappetizing. The bread that followed was not warm or fresh. When we ordered entrées, we were told they were out of steaks and several other items. This was especially frustrating as we were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. He had to choose chicken instead of the steak he wanted, and I also had to change my order due to limited options. We were not informed of these shortages before being seated or ordering appetizers, which would have changed our decision to dine there. My daughter’s meal and my niece’s pasta were just okay. My pork chop was fine, but the asparagus was burnt and inedible. We also noticed another table was later offered steak after initially being told it was unavailable, which added to our frustration. At the end of the meal, Ryan offered complimentary cookies for the birthday, but they were never brought to us. The restroom was also in poor condition, with broken fixtures, visible wear, and a general lack of cleanliness. Overall, the experience fell far below what we have come to expect from Bonefish. The main issues were poor communication about menu availability, inconsistent food quality, and cleanliness concerns. What should have been a special birthday dinner was very disappointing, and we left feeling let down by a restaurant we have long enjoyed.

  Came here with friends my first time here. The staff we're friendly and our waiter was attentive and provided good service. We ordered three appetizers the tuna,bang bang shrimp and imperial dip. All three we're very good. I had shrimp and scallops and it was really good too. Bacon mac was a bit dry and slaw was dry and cabbage was hard. Overall I'll be back again.

  Let me tell you about our server Jay…10/10 experience, out of this world. He was kind, charismatic, sweet, attentive, and just everything you can think of. On top of that the manager Liz was just as amazing. She had an infectious smile with the best energy. They both were sweet and made our special dinner ten times better. We will be back and will be requesting for Jay!!!!

  Here’s a polished review you can post: Nicole provided an outstanding dining experience at Bonefish Grill in the Lehigh Valley. She was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our meal. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Great customer service like hers is hard to come by, and she truly made us feel welcome. Thank you, Nicole, for the excellent service—we look forward to coming back!
