  Very disappointing and upsetting experience at the Whitehall Bonefish Grill on October 3, 2026. My family of three drove over an hour to eat here, and we were treated extremely poorly. Our waitress, Amber S. repeatedly walked past our table without checking on us. We were not offered bread and butter, while the table next to us received bread and butter, updates about their food, and regular attention. I asked for tea and then sugar; the tea came, but the sugar never did. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and eventually asked for a supervisor. By that point, we told him we no longer wanted the food because of the excessive wait and the way we had been treated. My son decided to eat his meal, but his asparagus was burned and his steak was not prepared properly. What bothered me most was the obvious difference in service between our family and the table next to us. They were repeatedly checked on and offered assistance while our table was essentially ignored. As a minority family, the way we were treated made us feel singled out and racially profiled. We drove over an hour to have a nice family meal and instead left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and humiliated. It’s freezing in there as well you can’t even sit and eat comfortably. Please it is cold out we are in OCTOBER turn on the heat.. But I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate and hope they seriously investigate what happened. This was not simply a slow meal the difference in how our table was treated compared with the customers next to us was extremely noticeable.

  We dined at the bar tonight and had a great meal and drinks. Dee is a fantastic bartender and server. She was very attentive and made sure we had a terrific dining experience. The apple martinis tasted like spiked apple pie, they were delicious and we tried a few others that were equally good. We had the scallop skewers with lemon butter, that were delicious. The food and service are consistent. It’s a really nice night out.

  First visit. Think I expected a little more upscale experience based on brand name. Nicole (server) was great. My wife had the salmon. A smidge rare- some may enjoy that, but it was. Nicole got it handled. Manager stopped by to recognize the circumstance. Bloody Mary drink was unremarkable. Glass white wine was pretty good. I’d order the Sashimi Tuna again.

  First time at Bonefish grill with hubby and it was fantastic! Our server Nicole was great, friendly and very helpful. The food was fabulous. Starting with bread and tasty oil to Our meals- I had salmon with garlic whipped potatoes & he had the sirloin. Everything seasoned and cooked well. We will definitely return. Thanks so much!

  I am writing this review regarding a deeply disappointing and unwelcoming experience at Bonefish Restaurant in Whitehall. Hostess was a seemingly heavyset older Caucasian woman in her late 50s. Despite the restaurant being completely empty and not busy at all, the hostess displayed openly rude and dismissive behavior upon our arrival. When asked whether we preferred a table or a booth, I clearly and politely responded that we wanted a booth. Just a moment later, with a visible attitude of annoyance, she turned around and asked the exact same question again, as if completely ignoring my initial answer or trying to make us feel unwelcome. Treating patrons with this level of disrespect and passive-aggressive gatekeeping is unacceptable. Service should be welcoming to everyone, but this interaction left us feeling targeted and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this unprofessional conduct with their front-of-house staff.
