  Peach Cobbler is actually two deep-fried peach pies; like a McDonald's apple pie but with peach. Cobbler was not served hot enough; was barely warm. Stale odor in restaurant changed my mind about eating there.

  I see Arby's is not nearly as good as it used to be. I got the Classic Beef and Cheddar sandwich meal, and honestly it was pretty pathetic. Barely any cheese on it, the sandwich wasnt as hot as it should have been, and the sandwich was legitimately way smaller. To top it off, the curly fries were barely warm. I ordered at the counter, ate the lunch inside the store with my family, and it was still borderline warm/cold. Would not recommend!

  I ordered food on the way home from work and by the time I got home within 5 minutes of picking up the sandwiches were cold as were the curly fries. The cup of cheese you have to pay a dollar for was also basically empty and we could dip literally only 3 fries before it was gone. The food was fine other than being cold so I'm hoping it was just a late night thing an people were tired but still completely unacceptable.

  They never take mobile coupons, with all the excuses, when I order in person. Guess what: the app always allows the same coupon for a pickup order. Will contact the corporate office regarding these wrongful business practices.

  I love this place but shake machine down n I feel like McDonald's rubbed off on them for that smh or no one wants to make shakes 😕
