  I ordered food on the way home from work and by the time I got home within 5 minutes of picking up the sandwiches were cold as were the curly fries. The cup of cheese you have to pay a dollar for was also basically empty and we could dip literally only 3 fries before it was gone. The food was fine other than being cold so I'm hoping it was just a late night thing an people were tired but still completely unacceptable.

  They never take mobile coupons, with all the excuses, when I order in person. Guess what: the app always allows the same coupon for a pickup order. Will contact the corporate office regarding these wrongful business practices.

  I love this place but shake machine down n I feel like McDonald's rubbed off on them for that smh or no one wants to make shakes 😕

  The food is great, with one exception. I love the crinkle fries, but the last few times I had them they were too salty! Please cut back on the salt.
