- CTCRYSTIN TILLMANJun 28, 20261.0I placed an order on the app, it was delivered in an hour but when we opened it it was BURNT !! I reached out via app to resolve this issue and was told someone from the store would reach out within 24 hours. I waited and nothing, I decided to go back on the app to check and see when they planned on reaching out and was told the WHITE OAK STORE tagged my complaint as resolved . MEANWHILE NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. When I attempted to respond back the chat ended. I tried again and once they say “ store resolved your issue “ the chat ends Pizza Hut in general lost a valued customer, not only had the store delivered burnt pizza but the customer service was TERRIBLE.
