  This used to be my go to stop UNTIL THEY GOT RID OF CRYSTAL!!!!!!! Stay away ! No CRYSTAL no more business!

  Man oh man. Being from KY, having grown up on Pizza Hut pizza, and knowing dine-in service with this brand is a dying breed, I was excited to see this location. I came in as a first-timer here with high hopes. Sigh. Not this particular locale's fault -- just my hopes and dreams were dashed because of the business model not matching my childhood. It does have tables. You can dine in. They do still have personal pan supreme pizza and it did taste the same, which made me happy. I do not know if they offer table service. I ended up ordering at the counter. They do not have a salad, all you can eat pizza buffet. They do not serve soda out if a fountain for free refills: instead it is bottled soda. There are no condiments or anything on the tables. My pizza maker, order taker was pleasant and did bring my order to my table. Well, an era has gone by. I know that. There are so many obvious Puzza Hut buildings made into something else. But, but, but, I was hopeful for a second.

  The food is great! The people working there are very nice. I just wish they would bring back the old school Pizza huts with the salad bar!

  Ordered 24 pizzas for Vacation Bible School and it was delicious. The kids really enjoyed it. The in-store ordering process was efficient and the employees were very friendly. The inside of the store needs upgraded and cleaned. Floors were very dirty.

  I placed an order on the app, it was delivered in an hour but when we opened it it was BURNT !! I reached out via app to resolve this issue and was told someone from the store would reach out within 24 hours. I waited and nothing, I decided to go back on the app to check and see when they planned on reaching out and was told the WHITE OAK STORE tagged my complaint as resolved . MEANWHILE NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. When I attempted to respond back the chat ended. I tried again and once they say “ store resolved your issue “ the chat ends Pizza Hut in general lost a valued customer, not only had the store delivered burnt pizza but the customer service was TERRIBLE.
