  This is the absolute worst Taco Bell ever. I've lived in Wexford 4 months, we get tacobell once every week or two, and I've only received ONE CORRECT ORDER in those 4 months!!!! We miss our old Ohio Taco Bell :( Things are always missing which is the WORST. Sure mess it up a little, it happens, but consistently leaving items out?! I'm paying for that!!! CAN YOU GUYS READ????? Doesnt matter if it's drive through, pick up, door dash - its always messed up. This is infuriating you cannot hire people to handle a very simple job.

  Had a late night complicated packed order with over 15 items for my hungry family waiting all day at the hospital. The lady at the drive thru was very kind and met every single one of my needs even when I didn’t ask, such as separate bags and added sauce packets when I forgot to add them on originally. Every order was made correctly and delicious, not to mention they were very fast ! Took about or less than 5 minutes for my big order! No mistakes at all! They made me and my families night, the whole entire night crew was absolutely fantastic on April 9th 2026!

  The drive-thru is absolutely awful. If there is a vehicle with a large order ahead of you, they WILL NOT park it and you WILL WAIT. Chances are good that your order won't be ready when you do reach the window.
