- SWSave worldSep 27, 20261.0Negligent behavior from the employee, doesn’t know how that Avocado Toast (as the name suggests) means that the slice of the sourdough bread needs to be toasted before putting on the avocado spread. The manager just denied that and asked me what I want (she later agreed to replace the toasts)! Well I don’t want the food to go to waste so told them we would just eat it but an apology from the manager and the negligent employee should have gone a long way. I hope the owner of the franchise should read it and check with the staff that this kind of wasteful behavior should be avoided. This really adds to revenue leakage. Hopefully they will be more careful and review their food preparation manual/training.

I even spoke with the district manager previously who seemed very aware of issues here. Today my app delivery arrived from here when I assumed it would not and be the DD closest to me… missing more than one item and 4 donuts tossed into a bag with no paper in between so two Boston cremes mashed into two cake donuts. So typical of this location, so brazenly done. Now I’ll double check WHICH location is serving the app delivery! North Hills needs another location becaise this one is hopeless.

When I asked for my order the person rudely said it's a drive thru order, slide it over a bit, offered no help and walked away. There were multiple boxes, a small bag and drinks she offered no bag or help. Did not know there were no straws or napkins for our drinks and food as usually they put them in the smaller bag every week I go. I said thank you and she walked away with no response. I called to speak to the manager who said I was yelling at her which I wasn't. Never listened to me in full, cut me off and basically said it was an online order would say something to staff but not her problem and she didn't have time to listen to my complaint. Said have a good day call corporate if I wanted to say more. Didn't know it was against the law to go into a store you placed an online order at that was for drive thru. So will consider spending 30.00 elsewhere next week!

They made it with white cheddar, so I go back in and asked to have it remade correctly according to how I ordered it. She looked at the receipt to see what I ordered, ‘remade it’, tossed it in the bag that had the incorrect sandwich and I thought I was good. I was not. She gave me some weird wrap instead of the $6 breakfast sandwich that I’d ordered. I was not going back in a third time for the same mistake, so corporate credited 800 points to my account, which is not even enough for a breakfast sandwich.
