  I ordered a sofritas bowl and was charged full price even though the restaurant had no rice available, almost no salsa remaining, and the sofritas had to be scraped from the bottom of the container. The bowl was substantially incomplete, as shown in the photo. Either they should trim down the available things on the menu when short of items or at least let customers know. It is not a lot of money and hence you are ok paying for it but it makes for a very disappointing experience. I don’t think I should have been charged full price for this; I have attached a photo to show what it looked like. Not the first time it has happened at this location.

  When I first moved to Wexford I was so happy to have a chipotle practically next door. I went to school next to the very first chipotle in Denver. This place is so distant from the quality and service of that one that its unrecognizable. Bland food. Uncooked beans and rice that are rock hard as you bite into them. Meat full of gristle and fat. I used to be able to make two meals out of their burritos. Now I have to get sides. And if anything I eat less now than when I was younger. I hope they get their act together. I gave them multiple opportunities. At this point there are plenty of local mom and pop burrito and taco joints that it’s just not worth anyone’s time to come back to this place. I’ll probably give them a shot under new ownership. It’s sad how it went from an amazing product to sub par McDonaldsz

  Smallest portions around. If you're going to shortchange the double meat this much, have a quadruple meat option. It's just sad at this point...

  Super messy place, dirt caked all over the floor food scattered all over the place, bathrooms a mess. Not good overall

  So this location is near my work and usually 3-4 of us order together. Everytime it’s a shit show I’m big on second chances but this place is a disaster. I always tip and do pick up orders. Orders have been wrong/ cold I understand it’s busy but geez that’s not good.
