    By far the worst chipotle in the Pittsburgh area. Always out of food, Tables are extremely dirty with leftover food and Who Knows what else all over them the floor is gross and the staff are mean. Stay away!!

    We've all seen it happen before, and now it's finally reached this Chipotle location. The place has officially gone downhill, and you can see the decline happening in real time. The workers seem completely unmotivated, with no sense of urgency at all. They slug around while the line piles up behind them, moving at a painfully slow pace. On top of that, they're almost always out of key options whether it's certain proteins, toppings, or sides which makes ordering even more frustrating. If you're looking for the fast, fresh experience Chipotle used to deliver, you might want to skip this spot for now.

    Their people are probably either can’t read or are too drunk to tell the difference between non-veg and veg bowls. Asking for a veggie bowl and getting a veggie bowl ladden with chicken is what they did for my dinner take out order on 4-15. Their store manager should take a note and fire such people

    Always “out of chips” when I go after work around 8pm, but they’re open until 11pm. Not sure if this is an inventory issue or if they just don’t feel like making more. Update 5/7/26: I gave this store another chance and placed an online order ahead of time so that I would know if any items were out of stock before going to the store. The app allowed me to order all of my items, yet when I picked up my order I was missing two orders of chips and queso, no attempt from staff or customer service to notify me that these items were out of stock. Had I known I would not have ordered anything. I had to go up to the counter and ask about my missing items, was told they were out of stock and when I asked for a refund I was told to call customer service. Called and they credited me a “reward” to my account for the items I already paid for, a “reward” which was only valid for one month. So if I wasn’t able to use that “reward” within that time frame would have just been out over $10. When I asked for a refund as well the “reward” was immediately taken away and I was told it was one or the other which is honestly insulting. Literally no attempt from customer service to rectify a situation that was a result of errors on Chipotle’s end is wild. When I got home and opened our bowls I realized we had also been given white rice instead of brown, and the bowl that had been ordered with and extra rice portion instead of beans had the smallest portion of rice I have ever received in a chipotle bowl. I like Chipotle’s food but unfortunately the poor customer service has ruined it for me. Next time I’ll be taking my business down the street to Moe’s. They at least have the decency to let the customer know if an item is out of stock, and they also have never been out of chips no matter how how late I go.
