  Just worked bar / bar manager shifts from Tuesday morning/ night until Sunday night 2 hours previous and decided to DoorDash Taco Bell. Did not receive my fire sauce which I literally put x15 as the maximum so whoever packed this probably wanted to be petty but Idk. I talked to someone on the phone because honestly I’m upset after a 70 hour workweek of nonsense and the guy I talked to on the phone said he had made the food himself. The food I got was definitely modified and he nailed it. This food was amazing. Also he dealt with customer support very well as all I wanted to know was why I didn’t get my fire sauce lol but great manager you have on duty. Thank you

  Literally every single time I come here there’s an 80% chance that they mess up my order. I’m a vegetarian and they always somehow manage to put meat in my order 😭 It’s insane

  They have this wretched drive thru AI that speaks in marketing nonsense its wretched.

  They have AI to process orders but somehow you still get stuck in the drive thru for 46 minutes with no second lane to leave. Trapped. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄.
