  Literally just went thru the drive thru and the lady at the window was amazing!! Great energy and a beautiful smile!! Asked for some horsey and Arby sauce, already in the bag!! Ketchup too!! Napkins and a smile on my face! Best service in a loooong time.

  This is the nicest Arby’s in western Pa. The restaurant is always clean and well lit. The food is fast, accurate and of the highest quality for an Arby’s. They are staffed with enough people and the employees are friendly. I drive past 2 other Arby’s to eat at this location. The manager here is super on point. You guys honestly need to get this guy to be the regional manager because the other Arby’s in this area are really rough. If you had a manager this good at every Arby’s it would be a drastically different and better chain restaurant. Much respect to this guy for doing it right.

  been going to this location a long time( over 15 yrs) went there yeserday order through drive thru I got a sandwich and chocolate milk shake. I order the shake with no whip cream, when i got the shake it had whip cream I return it and watch the young lady with no gloves on take her fingers and removed the whip cream and added more ice cream to it. I refussed it and asked for my money back. The manager came over and did the refund when he handed me my card back I let him know that was very unprofessional what she did and he told me she didnt do that after I watched her. Never will go back there.
