  It is Thursday morning 9:30 am august 27th and I just left your store.....because of the woman working the self check out.....I will NEVER return! do better giant!

  My only bad comment which didn’t let me put 5 stars is when your only customer service employee is busy helping one customer and it takes a long time, another employee should step in to assist the other customers instead of making us wait indefinitely. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to waste any more of my time after already waiting far too long.

  The service at the deli meat counter is idiotic and slow. My daughter, and I just visited the deli counter. When we arrived 1 male employee just finished assisting a customer. Leaving just me, and my young daughter on the other side of the counter. After a few minutes the female employee asked if I needed any thing. To which I replied "Yes, I need 2 lbs. of chipped ham". She replied back "I need you to put your order in on the screen". I did so. And then stood by the counter for 10 minutes waiting for my order. After 10 minutes a few other customers came to the counter. For some reason they did not have to use the touch screen order system. And their orders were filled immediately. Within 5 minutes 3 different customers were handled like this. By both of the employees. After which the male employee asked me if I have been helped. I replied "I thought I was, but I guess not". He said "I can help you. What do you need?" I said "I need 2 lbs. of chipped ham". At this point me and my daughter are the only customers waiting. He calls over another girl to watch the counter while he fills my order. He cuts it, bags it, and hands it to my daughter. When I get up to the check out I realize he only did 1 lb. Then when I get in my van, and drive away I get a text about my original order being filled. What was the point, or reason for all of that mess? Why did I have to use the screen while the other customers didn't? Why did I have to be standing there for 15 minutes essentially being ignored.?
