This place has gone down hill. Filthy from the time you walked in, to the dining room walls and bathrooms. Poor management when they do not schedule a deep cleaning. If what we see is not cared for by owners/management then what do you think the back of the house is like. I just hope the kitchen chef runs a tight ship.

Disappointing! The bread was not great and the dipping oil had no seasoning. The waiter forgot to bring our wine till reminded when our meal was served but the peach sangria was delicious. If you want a salad with your meal it's $7.99 extra. I had Chicken Alfredo the chicken was fine but there was barely sauce and not much flavor.

We had a large party that they were able to accommodate in a back room. They put us at 2 long tables that were way too close together. We ended up spreading ourselves out to a third table since there was ~20 people. Not all the tables were given refills on their drinks like water or tea. We also were not asked if we wanted dessert.

Personally the overall experience was very nice. The appetizers and desserts were very delicious, but the main course seemed lacking in comparison, same with their bread and oil. The service was friendly and fast even when I heard guests around me being rather unkind the waitress, Lila, remained kind and did everything she could to meet expectations. The atmosphere is very nice and refreshing but a bit cold for my preference. I'd bring a cardigan just in case.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing. While most of the food was good, one pasta dish was dry with undercooked noodles, but the service completely overshadowed the meal. Our server, Arpad, provided the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Our table of seven waited over 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we had to ask the hostess for help. She apologized, brought us complimentary appetizers, and personally found our server. Even then, our appetizers arrived before our drinks, we were only given one basket of bread for the entire table, and our server never checked on us. The biggest issue was that every table seated after us received their food, finished eating, and left before we even had all of our meals. My brother’s entrée arrived about 10 minutes after everyone else’s, and I waited another 30 minutes before finally asking the hostess for help again. The problems continued with incorrect split checks, confusion over gift cards, and our 7-year-old niece not being offered another side after the restaurant ran out of fries. We also asked for dough for her to play with, but it never arrived. We spent over 2½ hours at the restaurant because of poor service. The hostess and manager were the only reason this experience was tolerable, and we truly appreciate how they tried to make things right. Unfortunately, their efforts could not make up for what was one of the worst dining experiences our family has ever had. Only giving 3 instead of 1 because of the managers that tried to help.
