Formerly the Couch Tomato Cafe, The Tomato Shack salad & pizza co. has been the area's premier scratch kitchen since 2003. We specialize in made to order salads, homemade soups, artisan pizza, and panini, with every sauce, spread, and dressing made fresh in house.
