  I placed a delivery order hours in advance directly through the Papa John’s site (an XL cheese pizza and an order of garlic knots). When our order still hadn’t shown up half an hour past our delivery window, and continued to show as “Preparing” on the tracker, we called the store to see where our order was. The manager (owner?) said they had to find a driver for our order and couldn’t tell us when they’d be available. Our online order status then converted to a DoorDash order and said that our order had JUST been placed, to be delivered an hour later. Ultimately, we cancelled and asked for a refund. If you’d like to actually receive your pizza order, I would not recommend ordering from this store.

  Scheduled an order for 5:30. It’s now 9:30, and still no pizza. App says “preparing”. No one is picking up the phone. Ironically, I used a promo code that came from a “Your recent order did not meet our timely service standards” mailer. You don’t say!

  I’ve given this Papa John’s the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I can no longer accept the ineptitude of this establishment. The people who work here are rude and the service is god awful. I’m currently, 6:15 pm still waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered at 5:30pm. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is just ridiculous.
