- NFN FJun 13, 20263.0Generally the store has a lot to choose from and the staff is friendly. Until I had to use the bathroom a few weeks ago. It was smelly and dirty and when I pointed it out I just got. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Today I was shopping and had to take a quick stop in the bathroom again and it was even worse this time. I won’t go into details. When I asked for the manager he was extremely dismissive and said they check it hourly. It represents a lot about the management of store and the overall cleanliness.

I can tell the staff work very hard and try to be friendly, but the environment created by management feels negative and unsupportive of employees. It’s notable that other reviews mention similar problems as well. The tone at the top affects the entire store and longtime customers can tell it’s not the same experience it was during the Genuardi’s days.
