  Did self-checkout and had the typical error or scanning and bagging but the machine didn't register that I did bag the items and needed the cashier clear. Alexa, the cashier manning the station at the time came to investigate and quite literally cut me off mid-sentence to ask a lady at another check out what she needed. That lady needed bags. She then walked away instead of just quickly clearing my self checkout and I waited over five minutes for her to get bags for another woman. This was extremely disrespectful and frustrating especially when she was helping me first. Any other giant that I have been at just would have just cleared the error and THEN tend to the other customer especially when it takes a second to do while the other tasks takes several minutes. Very displeased and hope this is corrected.

  This is the worst Giant that I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest to my house so I see how awful it is every time I need to do a quick stop. Yesterday, I waited in line for a six pack of beer for 15 minutes because the cashier couldn't figure out how to run a transaction with people who weren't even buying alcohol. Today, Tuesday, they had no chickens or hot food and the deli was completely closed at 4 pm. They constantly fail to keep the shelves stocked and if they are, they are mismarked with last week's pricing and if you look for help you get the Home Depot side eye. The management in this store absolutely sucks. My wife drives an extra 6 miles through traffic to avoid going here. I feel like they will be closing their doors very soon as they can't even seem to provide quality services, quality products or fully staff. They have 10 or 12 check out lanes but rarely if ever are there more than two open. Today there was a 10 person deep line waiting at the self checkout. If you are visiting West Chester, stop elsewhere before you get to town or these people will torture you. Just the worst. Zero stars if I could.

  My favorite Grocery Store anywhere! Clean, well stocked, and a quiet space to Read the morning Paper, have breakfast and enjoy the coffee. The people are great, as well. Being 80 has its benefits, and this particular relaxed place when in to Shop makes this early riser HAPPY!
