- ASAddison SchemerySep 16, 20261.0Every single time I come to shop here and I go through the checkout line the workers are always so mean and angry. Last time I went I got my bag of food thrown at me and an attitude. Today I went and the girl was giving extremely dirty looks and chucking my groceries into the bag. I don’t know who ruined their days but I’m always a kind customer who does nothing to provoke them. Just know I will not be shopping at giant anymore, and if I absolutely need to I will be using the crappy self checkout.

I also wanted to mention the customer service person and/or manager who has helped me several times in the past...I think her name is Kathy (?). She goes above and beyond and comes over as soon as called and helps with whatever issue arises. Her knowledge and her work ethic are superb! They don't make them like that any more. Two great workers that Giant and all of the customers are lucky to have!

- PNPat NeffSep 3, 20265.0First visit to this Giant location. It's larger and has a greater selection than the Giant closer to my home. Employees were very helpful, helping me find specialty items. Lots of cashier lanes were available, so there was no wait in line. The cashier was also helpful.

This location was never great but I didn't have to worry about expired food and having to go elsewhere for packs of corn and green beans but here we are.
