  i never leave poor reviews but this is by far the worst dunkin on earth. and i LOVE dunkin. religious dunkin guest every morning. you know i use that app. This one location is so poorly managed and run. Wait times are often over an hour. The drinks will rarely match what is ordered. I’ve had multiple instances where they cooked the little wax paper separator in my sandwich that comes stuck to the sausage patties. They do not have any method to managing orders as they come in, leaving tickets everywhere in piles and sticking stickers in random places. This results in remaking the same order multiple times while consequently losing 5 tickets and claiming the orders never came in. i almost want to apply to work there just to fix it for the good of humanity. Please do something.

  Its clear they don't know how to make drinks. The worse drink I've gotten from Dunkin. Poor quality

  Would give negative stars if possible. Went in to get coffee and donuts for my coworkers today and paid for my order that should have been a quick order, then was told by the server to just wait a moment while they got another customer their coffee, which I was fine with. I proceeded to wait while they continued to serve several other customers and then I asked for a refund. The staff then proceeded to just throw random donuts in the box without asking me what I wanted. Very poor customer service.

  I just purchased coffee and breakfast here. I have diabetes, which requires me to use the restroom frequently. I would respectfully ask for access to the restroom. Denying access in this situation feels inappropriate and concerning.
