- KBKassidy Benton3 days ago2.0The food is usually alright except for the protein being extra chewy a lot of the time. The service is usually pretty bad though. They do not utilize the mobile order counter and it always holds up the line and they take multiple online orders before their customers. Most of the staff don’t even look you in the eye when you talk to them which can be very awkward. Most importantly I think it is very odd how this store can just decide to only be giving things out to online orders only. Like what do you mean I can’t have guac it’s literally right there? The same thing happens with chips, they have them but won’t sell them to you. Which is fine whatever but like seriously with the guac? This store is consistently inconsistent.

- ESEmma ScarbathJul 31, 20261.0I placed a pick up order through the app and received a the wrong order but with my same name (different last initial), I went back into the store, gave the bag back to the person who originally gave it to me, and asked if they had any other orders for Emma and another employee took the bag from him and handed it back to me. I told her this is the same bag I just gave you and she took it and walked away, only for another employee to step in and actually help me. I finally got my order but I’m just a little frustrated that the employee looked at me like I was stupid or something when I’m very capable of reading an itemized receipt and remembering what I ordered ten minutes prior. Also, the chicken is always burnt here.
