  CRAZY experience here. Ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak it had cilantro lime sauce on it that I did not order but that was fine. After microwaving it for 3:30 minutes because it was ice cold, the thing was like 80% rice. I could count the number of pieces of steak on one hand. I actually removed half the rice and it was STILL chock full of rice. On top of it all, hair that was not mine was in the rice after going through all that effort to separate the rice from the bowl 😭 some people have health issues and need to count carbohydrates because of it, and on top of that, just don’t want a bowl that is 90% rice. Your menu has nutrition facts online but they mean nothing when there is no consistency, and for almost 30 dollars? Yeah no thanks.

  This review is only for the corporate Chipotle process of resolving issues with orders. My order was eventually resolved, but only after 30 minutes of arguing with a bot before I could get a live person on the phone, who resolved my issue in 60 seconds. Please ditch the bots, it's just frustrating.

  One of the managers is sneaky and charged me for someone else’s order told me my card didn’t go through got charged for both mine and another persons order on separate receipts. The manager, who was wearing a button up manager shirt, had to have known, the system is fairly easy to use as someone who used to be employed by Chipotle for 3 years so I know the manager outfits and the system for the cash register. The manager didn’t say anything and the only reason I found out is because of a mystery receipt in my bag. Support was also little to no help only offering a refund after 5 business days. Paying someone 17 an hour or more since they must’ve been a kitchen manager or higher up should be able to take responsibility for their actions instead of letting me find out on my own and having to jump through hoops. Do better and hire people capable of reading a screen especially if they are at a manager position. Also didn’t have white rice and mind you it was 1:00pm on a Friday, when you should be cooked up the most since the store opens around 10:30-11am. The store also had over 10 workers working at this time and not one person can catch a simple mistake or cook rice in a timely manner. Thank you for wasting my time and holding my money hostage for 3-5 days.
