- RPRegulus PrecariusJul 1, 20261.0Apparently this Chipotle location can get away with bad service and still make their sales just because it's a Chipotle. We have gone in here multiple times roughly 2 hours before closing and have been treated very rudely by the staff who acted like they were miserable because they had to do their work: no acknowledgement for minutes standing in line, being glared at while ordering, spoken to with an attitude, etc. Overall, it seemed like our presence ordering food here was an inconvenience to the workers because they wanted to clean up and not do their real work of serving food. It is a very unwelcoming environment that makes us not want to come here agin. I have to assume there is no manager on duty at this time because all of this simply falls under customer service 101. Beyond this, the dining area was very dirty and messy, and not a place where I imagine most people would like to eat their food. Definitely one of my worst Chipotle experiences.

But I just ordered a bowl from this store via the app and what I received was absolute blasphemy. 16$ bowl, double chicken and was given less than half a normal scoop, they had also forgotten my lettuce and beans. This is not the first time this has happened to me either, unfortunately. Something needs to change here.
