  Great service, had accidentally received an incorrect item in my bag and upon going back to let them know, the staff not only let me keep the one bag of food, but gave me the correct new bag right away in addition to a free sandwich voucher. Top Notch Service, thank you.

  They say they hire only experienced employees but every time I go they are rude and don’t greet you how they are supposed to. Every time I come up to the counter they look at me like I have 3 heads and don’t ask how I am or ask for a name until you start ordering they interrupt you to ask the name for the order. The food is good most of the time minus the fact that the fries are always cold and soggy.

  This location messes up my order almost every time I go, and I only go because my kids beg me 🤣. They offered a replacement in the app which is nice. But this location just keeps getting me and hopefully I can use the replacement at another chikfila.

  Drive up for milkshakes and Paige was so incredibly friendly and welcoming! A nicer Chick-fil-a employee I have yet to meet! Thanks for making the stop at Chick-fil-a such a good one!

  I was ignored for 20 mins and then was told my order (that was already paid) wouldn’t be served because someone turned off the check in early! Clare rolled her eyes at me and then actively ignored me after being told by multiple employees I needed assistance. My order was already paid. Clare very clearly didn’t want to do her job, so she let me sit in the drive through for 20mins. While she waited to make sure the kitchen was closed before even approaching my vehicle to tell me she wouldn’t bring me my food.. I took a screenshot of the time I checked in, at the time she finally approached my car, just to keep her and myself honest…Every other car in the drive through side was approached multiple times, by multiple employees. But my vehicle was completely ignored in mobile thru. I heard multiple employees discuss with her seeing my car waiting there and informed her that I needed assistance. !!Stop turning off the mobile check in early!! Stop letting five 16 year olds work alone with no adults on site to properly handle the busy closing time, as well as manage this pitiful excuse for customer service. It is policy that Chick-fil-A is open until 10pm. Not 9, 930, 945, 958. 10pm. Not to mention they had to refund the people in front of me as well for giving an incorrect order twice. Will be coming back in the morning to speak to a manager about this disgrace I witnessed here tonight and reporting this store to chic fil a corporate, as this is not even the first time this has occurred.
