  I am a regular customer, and I am very disappointed with my experience today. I came to the store specifically to send money through Western Union. When I went to Customer Service, one of the staff members told me that he could not help me because several employees had called out. I understood the situation and did not argue. I went to get a few groceries instead. However, while I was checking out at another register, I saw the same employee nearby playing and throwing a soccer ball, while I was still waiting to complete my shopping. I understand that the store may be short-staffed, but it was very upsetting to be told that there was no one available to help me, and then see an employee playing instead of assisting a customer. I came to ACME specifically for Western Union and ended up wasting my time. I am a regular customer, and this employee has helped me several times before, which made this experience even more disappointing. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and provided with the services advertised by the store when staff are available. I hope management will look into what happened and address this situation appropriately. I am very disappointed and would appreciate a response. Also, I was told to come back at 5:00 PM, but it is already 4:20 PM. I have a schedule to keep, and I specifically came to the store to take care of this transaction. I don’t feel it is fair that I should have to come back later when I was already there and the employee was available. This has been very frustrating and has wasted my time. Thank you.

  They're picky about self check out but only have ONE register open with a long term line while several employees were standing around and talking! Either be more lenient about the self check out or open more registers!

  Just had the chicken. Before finding the reviews haha. But it looks and tastes fine to me. Cooked fine, both white and dark meat. Maybe the cook is better now. Not super special not my wife's, but decent supermarket chicken. Wedges were a bit old. Cornbread is sugary Yankee cornbread, if you like that sort of thing.

  Overall a good experience. The staff is friendly. I couldn't find a few items on my list. Prices are higher.
