  sometime this week i came in late for my order and while pulling in i parked to make room in my trunk, i guess i accidentally marked i had arrived instead of on my way, which i totally acknowledge and take fault for both things. when i arrived for my pick up the employee repeatedly scolded me saying i should have called, how they were about to cancel my order multiple times, and how they had came out a minute ago and i wasn’t there. throughout this i was continuously apologizing and explaining it was my first time coming for a pickup order from martins. the individual would not let up and just kept repeating themselves as silly as it is i left in tears. having worked the same position at another business (they held your order for a few days which is why i didn’t call, again my fault) i can’t imagine acting that way over a simple mistake. however the individual did separate my bread from the rest of my groceries and told me to have a great night which i appreciated.
