  Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. Bagel was not toasted, seemed stale (was dry and hard). V Cream cheese was good but too much. Wasted a lot of it.

  I have been going to spreads for the past month and would love to acknowledge the staff and how nice they are here. Also I love the new hash browns they’ve added to the menu

  Lovely place with excellent service! I recently ordered “The Cure” through DoorDash, which includes egg, brisket, bacon, and cream cheese on a bagel. When my order arrived, I noticed the bacon was missing. I double-checked the menu to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and at first I was disappointed since I had paid for the full sandwich. I called and left a voicemail, not expecting much, but to my surprise, the manager returned my call and quickly made things right. She was incredibly kind and professional. The sandwich itself was delicious, and the way the situation was handled made me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time ordering from here. Great food and even better customer service—I will definitely be back!
