  I do not typically write reviews. Today, however, is different. Today, the nineteenth of September, in the year two thousand twenty-six of the common era, I have been cruelly disrespected by the ownership and management of the Lancaster Avenue chipotle. Today, I must not remain silent. It was a regular morning, typing away at work, and I began to get a bit peckish. I, along with my coworker, decided to treat myself to a delivery lunch. I had earned it; it has been a long week of reports and write-ups, and my budget allows for this type of treat on occasion. The delivery process was typical; I am not concerned with admonishing the application nor the driver. They had no part in my misfortune. Our food came in within a reasonable timeframe. All was well. The moment I opened that bag, my cheerful mood turned sour. To say that my burrito was small does not do it justice; I had to meticulously search through the ample vacant folds of tortilla to locate a single bean or grain of rice. I refuse to waste valuable space on my cell phone by taking a picture, so the reader will have to take my word for it. This burrito, small, frail, which hardly fits in the palm of my hand, appears to me as the harbinger for hard times ahead. What drives us humans to such measures, I may never understand. I find myself asking the universe whether my much-anticipated tex-mex delivery lunch is a cosmic test. Am I to see this as a reflection of myself, of humanity? Is the burrito a representation of myself, my soul, slowly emptying myself for the sake of maintaining profit? This meager portion of food is the writing on the wall; the end-times are here, and I must save my strength for the oncoming Armageddon. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment, and I wish the employees well in their endeavors, as we are all mere cogs in the grand scheme of things. I will be escaping to the northern Rocky Mountains to begin my new life of foraging for berries and meditating. I will grow my own burritos and live off the land, living the life I was truly made for. As always, the guacamole was high-quality and fresh.

  While paying for my food at the register i noticed my burrito hanging out of the aluminum foil. I then asked the cashier politely if he mined geting another price of aluminum so my food won’t be hanging out the foil, He then looked at me and said “Can You Say Please” after already asking politely. This location by far has the worst customer service and is managed very poorly!!!would never recommend this location i have more stories but don’t have time to explain them all!!! Terrible! i was there around on september 17th 2026 around 1:20 to 1:30 retrain your cashiers and staff

  Walked in at 11:15 and saw 5 people standing around. I asked if they already ordered and they said no. I did not see anyone at the counter. There was one worker prepping food and I saw one other worker frantically making food in the back and lastly one other worker just walking around. I asked the two gentleman how long they had been waiting and they said about 20 min. I asked if any worker has even said anything to them? They said no! I understand being understaffed or getting a late start but if you see 5 customers standing there waiting, at least have the professional to say something to them and apologize for the wait. Do not just ignore them and then give them attitude when they ask what’s going on.

  Came in today to get my bowl which was great obviously and made by Ken. Not only did he give the perfect ratio of everything, but we had a conversation and he’s a fantastic employee and person in general. Whatever you’re paying him - double it. He’s a rockstar

  Quite possibly the worst chipotle in the country - response to owner. I did reach out. You are a terrible owner. It is consistently under staffed. I’ve waited an hour for my food there before. The most recent experience there was one employee doing a catering order, no one working the line and it was 5:45 PM. Total of one employer seen in the 10 minutes we were there and the line didn’t move at all, not one person was helped while we were in the store.
