  The guy that was on the line that served me today his name was Matt he had excellent social etiquette and was receptive to some of my special instruction but the kitchen and the line seemed to be chaotic and not clean I went there four hours after their lunch rush their line and their kitchen should have been in better order also their bathroom looked like something out of Armageddon it definitely appeared the staff were more interested in having a good time than anything else. The guy on the serving line Matt made all the difference for me I will be back.

  Portion size was very lacking compared to other Chipotles. I had ordered fajitas in the one of three bowls I ordered and could only find one sliver of a green pepper. I returned to the counter reporting this and the guy readily served me a side of fajitas, then asked if this was acceptable. I accepted but the whole experience was very inferior to the experience I usually have at a Chipotle- I should have asked to remake my whole order in front of me. I don't plan on returning soon, and can't recommend anyone patronizing the location. Don't mobile order from here. It is likely you'll get less than expected. It may be a trend- because you typically don't see your order in the store... you're just stuck with whatever you have been given. Also to note, I usually get an email from Chipotle after the order to review the experience, but this time I didn't....I'm not surprised....seems like they get enough negative feedback....you'd think things would improve especially after at least several months of poor reviews I just read.

  This might be the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. They usually have only 1 employee making the customer orders. The lines are long and it takes forever to get food. They run out of food often as well.

  This is a triple minus star review drive by this particular location in my route home from work. I stopped in probably 2 months ago and it was so disgusting and dirty. I immediately walked back out 2 months later I told a co-worker I'm going to give it another shot and try the Chipotle here in Wayne, PA. When I tell you it was even dirtier than the first time I walked in. Absolutely disgusting. I don't understand how people are going into this location and eating the food there. I went into another eatery adjacent to very close to this Chipotle in Wayne and a staff person of a different restaurant said they ate at that Chipotle and became very ill as well as their parents. I was also told by a staff member of a restaurant in close proximity to this Chipotle that they've been shut down at least four times. This is unacceptable. Absolutely nasty. Beware
