Love the chipotle by me this one has been decent at best. They wont have to worry about me ordering anytime soon.

During that time they opened the walk in. 30 people then got their orders before all the people they turned away. Tried to let corporate know and got a BS response. Maybe serve the customer in front of you and turn off the online order system if you are short staffed? But that would make too much sense….

The staff was unbelievably stingy with every single ingredient—literally just giving a tiny pinch or half a scoop for everything. A single bowl used to be a satisfying, full meal, but today’s portion barely covered the bottom of the container. I understand inflation happens, but if your costs are up, raise your prices transparently. Skimping on food like this feels dishonest and cheap, as if you're trying to force customers to buy two meals just to get full once. Standing there watching them measure out micro-portions made me uncomfortable, and eating it was even more frustrating. This location has gone downhill fast.
