  Too noisy. Look like a lot of high school kids goes here and you can’t even enjoy a meal. Kids bumping into you or way too loud.

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Chick-fil-A location. While I was trying to sit and enjoy my meal, a manager named Paige was loudly yelling at the kitchen staff. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time, which made the situation feel completely unnecessary and very awkward to witness as a customer. The way she spoke to the employees sounded harsh and disrespectful, and it created a tense atmosphere throughout the store. Instead of the welcoming and friendly environment this place is known for, it felt uncomfortable and stressful to sit there and eat. I honestly felt bad for the staff being spoken to like that in front of customers. This behavior really ruined my dining experience. When people go out to eat, they expect a positive and respectful environment, not to hear management yelling across the restaurant. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and professional atmosphere for both employees and customers.

She resolved my issue in under a minute — efficiently, intelligently, and without hesitation. Any company would be fortunate to have her; she is a genuine asset and a reflection of exceptional leadership.

  This is one of my favorite Chicfila locations to go, however, last night when I went in, the location was absolutely disgusting. Floors dirty with black shoe marks and sauces. There was a fly infestation and they were all over the walls and flying around as we tried to eat. The tables hadn’t been wiped down so there was wetness on the seats and the tables themselves. Overall, this Chicfila was DIRTY. Need an exterminator to take care of the fly infestation as I’m sure there’s probably flies in peoples food. Floors need to be wiped and cleaned regularly and daily, multiple times if it means keeping sauces and black shoe marks away. Lastly, tables need to be wiped down regularly. I hate to leave a review like this but I was repulsed after visiting last night and won’t be going back because it was filthy inside.
