- SMSomewhere in America wil moore5 days ago3.0I dont frequent this ACME often, but some of the workers are extremely rude and customer service at times is not really there however, I was helped by a young lady I cant remember her name but she really should be in management. She didn't just tell me where the item was she walked me to it. She's always busy when or if I come in and working hard. In my business I look for employees like that. ACME take notice.

- CCChadMay 19, 20264.0Devon Acme is a nice location with a decent selection of products, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The cart attendants especially deserve recognition they’re always genuine, hardworking, and pleasant to interact with. The store itself has improved, and the new management team seems to be doing a solid job overall. The store is cleaner and more organized than before, which I appreciate. The one store manager I see, just walks around and never doing anything. Always holding his stomach like he’s in pain. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. I’ve noticed some employees wearing pajama pants, hoodies, and earbuds while working. The earbuds don’t really bother me since the store music can probably get repetitive, but the pajama pants and overall dress code come across as unprofessional. One thing that stood out to me was repeatedly seeing an employee in pajama pants gambling on the machine while on the clock. That’s not a good look for the store and seems very unprofessional. I’m just trying to buy my kids some pokemon. Despite a couple of employees with poor attitudes, most of the staff are kind and helpful. Overall, it’s still a wonderful store with great people, and with a little more attention to professionalism and enforcing work attire standards, it could be even better.
