  Huge ‘thank you’ to Robbie for goin above and beyond to help us find my wife’s lost cell phone. The kindness, calmness and concern Robbie showed to us was amazing and the time spent assisting us while normal responsibilities piled up was such a blessing to us. So, dont become cynical and disheartened by the ‘news’ you hear … there are still many kind, generous people willing to help their fellow humans. 😃. Thank you so much Robbie … your effort is a positive reflection on Applegreen and the Sideling Hill Plaza. After traveling all day from Indiana it was wonderful seeing the bathrooms that were so clean and young man emptying the outside trash cans was so nice also. Btw… with Robbie’s help we found the cell phone !

  Truck driver; There was plenty of parking for semi trucks. There's a trucker lounge and showers for trucke drivers which are free. Have to have your own bath accessories. The food court has many options from Panera Bread to Burger King and Popeyes. There's also a 7-11 store on site. My only issue with the place is that at the restaurants the prices are about 50% higher than normal. They charge more because they're at a rest area. I think that's where the term highway robbery came from.

  This is the worst travel plaza I've ever been to Highway robbery The Popeyes takes over 30 minutes for a small orders. They are out of french fries The Sbarro is closed and not even disclosed on any website The parking is atrocious Workers are awful, rude, and lazy! Came at 3:45pm so no rush but they are slow! the slowest, most laziest staff. the kiosk did not have french fries listed in their sides. when I asked one of the representatives how to order fries they kept telling me to go to the sides menu. I was not the only person at a kiosk that had stated that there are no fries in the side menu. finally after my fourth attempt they told me they were out of fries. the counter was disgusting and dirty. it took 30 minutes to order the food and get the food. and we came at 3:30 p.m. which is ridiculous. it's not even rush hour for food. we ordered a five piece and they gave us a three-piece thank God I caught it. also within that was supposed to be five pieces they gave us one that was less than a quarter of an inch and said that that was a chicken tender, but in fact more than half of that quarter inch was just breading. there was no chicken at all on half of the tiny tender. they begrudgingly replaced it for me. this is the worst rest stop and the worst food.

  I have driving on this PA turnpike for 9 years as a truck driver and I came to realize that since Apple greens took over this plaza’s, it’s been a mess. The restrooms are filthy, garbage filled, the sinks are filthy and full of paper towels, the smell is horrible and flies everywhere in the restrooms. I mean all the plazas along the PA turnpike. It’s very disappointing indeed. Eeew 😡

  Eastbound - Beautiful new service plaza with four level 3 (fast) electric car chargers available - Tesla and CCS. Family restroom as well as Mommy and Me potty in the women’s room and Koala baby changing table (can’t speak for the men’s room). We didn’t check out the trailhead; maybe next time!
