  This was the worst experience ever. I never on all my life would have thought a pizza place would be closed at 8pm on Friday or Saturday night! I ordered and paid for the food online and it said to pick-up at 9:08pm. I there about 13mins after thinking they will still be open but instead when i arrived they were closed! I was shocked..a nice lady came to the door and asked my name. She stood she will get my order. Then another lady came out with a rude face telling me she called me twice because they closed at 9pm, then rudelu said she canceled my order. But why did it say to pickup after 9pm? This didn't make any sense! Furious I just walked away! I can't taste the food or atmosphere because I never even tasted the food. But going forward I'm never using this pizza hut ever again!!

  Ordered a pan pizza here about a half hour before they closed for takeout. The box was incredibly heavy, and we found this was because the pizza was loaded with way too much sauce and cheese, and barely cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted. By the time we got it home, the site was closed, so we couldn't have another pizza made. We tried to just revive it in our oven, but it spilled everywhere. We contacted Pizza Hut for a refund, but all we received was an automated reply from the franchise owner that they'd take the feedback into consideration. Thanks, but that didn't help.

  Ordered 3 pizzas for pick-up, out of three only 1 pizza was made correctly. Will never order from here again.
