  Walked in for lunch at around noon on a Tuesday. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 3 other tables were seated. Hostess showed us to our table, we ordered drinks and an appetizer. We put in our food order when we ordered our appetizer since we knew what we wanted. We finished our drinks and appetizer...and waited. After 30 minutes and no entree, we asked the hostess what was going on since our waiter disappeared. She said they only have "one guy back there" making the food because eveyone else "called off." Our waiter passed by our table and said our food was "almost done" and that he waited to put it in until after we ate our appetizer - a request we did NOT make. The manager comes out, a very sloppily dressed lady in her 30s, and stares at us blankly. I ask her why our food is taking 50 minutes to make, and she said she was sorry. I told her it's not acceptable to have to wait that long, especially without anyone coming to the table to let us know why...she said "sorry." I asked her if that was all she could say, to which she replied "well, if you let me finish, I was gonna tell you I took your appetizer off your bill." And she stormed off. I paid $86 for two lunch entrees. I left no tip. I nearly abandoned our boxed up food, that we did not touch, without paying. SUCH a waste of time and money. TLDR: service is SLOW...manager had a terrible attitude. The place is dingy and dark. Go across the street to Longhorn if you are hungry.

  We were seated right away and our server, Emily, was great! The food came out quick and everything was delicious. Anytime we asked for something extra, we got it almost immediately. I will definitely be back!

  Im sorry but dont waste your money here. Especially for steak. I've never gotten a sadder Rib eye cut in my life. The actual fat i cut off was as big as an actual steak. I ordered medium. I got well. And wow to eat here you have to have the pallet of a 1920s coal mine worker. My steak was DRENCHED in nothing but salt. I guess they have to do that to cover the taste of their sub par steak.

  I went about a week ago with my two sons we were seated not told who our waiter was.. finally greeted after 10 minutes of sitting, My waiter was initially socializing in the bar with the bartender and other staff so when he took our drink orders I gave him our appetizer order.. He returned about 6 minutes later with our drinks and asked me if I wanted to put an appetizer order in. My steak was over seasoned and undercooked I sent it back The mail was not comped The refire was comped but I was still charged the full price for my meal, service sucked the food was horrible, They sent me home with a new steak I told him not to season it and it was still raw. Will never be returning.
