  A nice, clean location! I enjoy eating at this location. It is very clean, on trend, perky. Always great deals and food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert offered. Mobile ordering is preferred. Drive thru available. My only reason for lower stars is that if you go to the counter, it sometimes takes awhile to get service. They need to just glance over a little more to be on top of things either way customers. Great coffee, late night bites. Restrooms and WiFi available.   I've been to this McDonald's a handful of times now, and each visit is worse than the last. Door dash orders are priority here and its one after another. I've seen 10+ DD orders go out the door and never once was asked if we had been waited on. Everytime we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes plus just waiting for our order to be taken, while doordashers come and go. Staff just stares at you like you're not supposed to be there. Some of the worst "customer service" I've seen all for some subpar fastfood.

  I’m here right now and whoever is manning the drive thru lane needs to get a different job she has the traffic out to the main road. I came to pick up a very simple mobile order and I’ve been in this line for 20 minutes now!!!

  Literally no matter what you order or how you order they ALWAYS have you pull up. What’s the point of fast food or ordering online when they have you pull up and have you sitting for 15+ minutes. Literally the WORST McDonalds in Washington county!!!
