- KYKim YJul 19, 20261.0I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. This is the second time I've visited this Dunkin' location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. From the moment we ordered, everything felt disorganized. The cashier didn't seem to know how to ring up my order, and another employee had to step in to help with both my sandwich and my coffee. If she was new, someone should have made sure the order was entered correctly before sending it to the kitchen. My order is simple. I always order the croissant sandwich and ask to substitute the peppered bacon for regular bacon and the pepper jack cheese for white cheddar. After waiting around 20 to 30 minutes, we were handed four wraps instead of my croissant sandwich. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee in the back said, "Well, I made a wrap," and offered to remake it, but then admitted he didn't even know what I had ordered. After waiting another 10 minutes or so, the manager came out and told me they were out of eggs. It would have been nice to know that before we waited all that time. The manager apologized and refunded my money, which I appreciated. However, the older gentleman running the store never apologized or acknowledged the situation at all. On top of that, the employee working the drive thru was complaining about customers, which wasn't very professional. The entire experience felt chaotic and unorganized, with no communication between employees. We had stopped here on the way to my husband's side job, and I ended up leaving without anything to eat. I don't even like wraps. That's exactly why I ordered the croissant sandwich. Customer service and organization matter, and sadly, this location missed the mark on both. I won't be returning, and I do plan to contact corporate because this location clearly needs better management and organization.
