  I've been going to this chipotle, and many others, for the past decade. Washington Chipotle has always been the absolute WORST. Whoever holds the location as GM or whatever is hands down the cheapest and most frugal cost conscious manager chipotle has. They have always been the most expensive (5-10% > avg), half the time they are out of ingredients, and their staff is literally brainwashed on portion sizes. I've dealt with it until now. I got chicken, bro SHAKES half the chicken off of the scoop, then puts it in my bowl. A half scoop at best. I ask him to put it back on and he says I have to pay for double. And he's SPRINTING down the line to do my bowl. Throwing half scoops of each portions, making an absolute mess on the table, keep in mind there is not a soul behind me. There's way too much room for variability with these kids working here. One person does an appropriate portion, the next does an amazing one, then all the rest give you half portions. I'd happily pay more, and eat here 4x per week if they were consistent with their portions. And when they weren't, and get called out, they RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMER and just give me 2 extra pieces of chicken to make me happy. Chipotle isn't losing margins by doing that. And we're not asking for free food, the bowl is $11, we expect an appropriate amount of food. It's the management here that forces these kids serving these bowls to act this way. I've never been to a chipotle where you have to ask for more of literally everything. I can only imagine their online orders I bet it's 1/4 portions.

  I just had a great experience with a young manager named Colby. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order there of course was no dressing. This happens often and sometimes I let it go and other times I request a refund because I don't want to eat a salad without the yummy dressing. Colby went ahead and made me dressing! He was polite, respectful and didn't appear to judge me for being a little difficult about needing dressing. Colby did a great job!

  It’s weird on a Sunday afternoon, they have staff standing around and not helping when the line is out the door. I’m not sure why the lack of people helping/working to complete orders. We waited in line for 20+ minutes. I’ve been to so many other Chipotle’s that are managed better this was not the case here. I would highly advise to stay away on the weekends as they seem disorganized.

  The food quality is always below standard. I continue to give it a try after months of saying no and continue to get disappointed. The rice was either over cooked or old as it’s hard as a rock. The chicken quality is always chewy and fatty. The portion you get for take out is significantly smaller than when you order in line. Chipotle needs to quality check this place.
