- WPWillC Productions4 days ago2.0Got yelled at by a red headed manager b/c of of this dumb trash can. A friend threw away their food first, the door/flap closed and then when I tried to throw away mine got door/flap was locked and my food went fell everywhere, I cleaned it up and took it back to my table and was going to leave it there. She came up and was like “excuse me, is that yours!” I tried to tell her what happened, she went and unlocked the trash can and made me get the trash for the table. In hind site I should’ve found a different trash can, but she should’ve been a bit nicer and polite.

First of all we could not get into the restaurant because the drive through line was out onto the road. We finally went around so we could pull in to park. It’s obvious at every CFA we go to, America sides with the cows in that we should eat more chicken! I always appreciate the clean restrooms at CFA. However, this woman’s restroom had not been checked in quite some time. Toilet paper was all over the floor, the trash receptacle in the women’s stall was overflowing with some not so pleasant items (not CFAs fault people do not know how dispose of things appropriately and leave such things wide open for the world to see) but nonetheless, the bag needed changed because it was overflowing. Trash can was to the rim with paper towels. When I went to the pickup area to gather items we ordered,, things were not exactly as I had ordered. I went to the area where the sign said pick up and waited patiently to be acknowledged by someone in the vicinity (there were several). That never did happen so I kindly spoke up and a busy young lady was kind enough to help. Not sure why she didn’t say anything to the 4 standing on the other side of her talking and laughing and scrolling on phones, perhaps they were on break. I want to share that this was during a very, very busy early evening. However, I’ve worked in the fast food industry and this CFA was very well staffed. It was not that there were not enough employees, it’s that not all employees were working. I’m usually very pleased with the service and quality of product received from CRA, however, at this location I was sadly disappointed.
