  First time visiting, looked ahead at menu to be sure to know what I wanted as they do not have order ahead. Got in line behind several other cars in the left lane, one girl with an iPad waiting on two lines. She paid zero attention to who go there first and slipped over myself and the cars in front of me several times before finally taking my order. I ordered specifically what I wanted and was still questioned about choices that didn’t apply. A tip was requested before I even got to the front of the line, where my order was wrong. Several people just standing inside. I don’t think we’ll be going back, at least not for a while. I would have thought they’d have the links worked out by now but I guess not

  Absolutely love 7Brew! The staff here is super friendly, and the line moves quick. I just wish they had a menu I could read, not on my phone. Everyone is very friendly, and they run a lot of special promotions.

  I absolutely love 7 Brew! Their drinks are always amazing, and no matter what I order, the recipes are consistently made perfectly every time. The girls taking orders are always so pleasant and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Evie has become my favorite order taker! She always has the best drink recommendations and is always super friendly, upbeat, and happy. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it makes such a difference. Great drinks and even better customer service!

  I usually love this place. They have a huge menu and tons of variety. Lots of sugar free items and I love their peppermint hot chocolate. I've been going since they opened so I know their routine. This time was different and I ended up with a bad result. This seemingly nice blonde girl came to my car at like 7:50pmish on Monday 4/20/2026 she was very nice and chatty. I ordered my two drinks and tapped my debit card. Normally they let you see the tablet and will let you pick the tip. She didn't. And ran away pretty fast after my order. Everything seemed okay. Discovered they have sugar free caramel and was excited to try something new. Now I was on my way home from work and I live like 30 mins from home. After getting home and grabbing some food to settle in for a movie for the night I started getting fraud detection alerts from my bank. There were 4 different transactions equaling $688! Each said vivaaerob. I panicked and called the fraud number. Pnc was amazing. They said that it was some kind of scam where they buy international tickets to Mexico. Pnc got my money back that night on the phone and shut my card down. I filed a police report and have been getting the brush off from this company. They appreciated that I brought this to their attention and offered the $12.26 I spent as a refund on the card my bank shut off! Then they said they didn't see the $688 in their system. Well, if course not! She didn't use the work tablet to skim me. How would she have gotten the money if she gave it to the store?? Either way I am deeply saddened. I loved this place and now it's tainted and nobody will give me any reassurance that she's been dealt with and that it won't happen again. Don't use a card, use cash if you go.

  Don’t get me wrong, this place is lively and packed and the drinks have fun flavors, but my personal experience last week was not exciting nor welcoming. I have never been to 7 Brew and the only closest one to me is this location. I’ve only ever seen reviews and recipes on TikTok but that was it, so I was coming here completely blind. I pull up into a lane and I’m greeted by a girl with round glasses and a shorter haircut. She asks me what I would like and I let her know that I have never been here before and that i don’t have a menu. And in the most degrading tone I get met with “our menus are usually online but like.. I can get you a paper one?”. I politely asked for one and i was once again met with rudeness and judgement. When I get the menu, me and my boyfriend choose what we want and I ask for the “brew lagoon” (that was specifically under “7 fizz”) and the “brewberry” (that was under “7 energy”). I did not know that I had to specify what I actually wanted the flavors made with until she tells me in the most condescending voice that those are just flavors and I need to pick what I wanted it with. I corrected myself once again and apologized and she read me my order back as exactly was I said. Not only was I met with rudeness and judgement, she put in my drink order wrong even though she said it back to me. I left feeling stupid and judged for simply trying out a new place.
