- NCNick CiprianoMay 17, 20262.0Good food but consistently poor service. I won't return after too many negative experiences. The employees seem unhappy (think opposite of Chick-fil-A). I had to walk out last week because they were short-staffed. There was no one in sight. I waited around, picked out my drink, but decided to leave after a few minutes. Today I walked out again because an employee had a poor attitude after being distracted from whatever it was he was doing to come over and help me at the counter. He was miserable the entire time. I could elaborate, but I eventually left when he thought the proper way to ask me to pick out my drink from the fridge was to flash his scanner at me instead of using his words, like I could read his mind, lol. I asked him "what" and he said I had to get it out of the fridge so he could scan it. Not a big deal, but weird, like he couldn't muster enough strength to use his vocal cords. This is just an example of a consistent theme. I'm generally easy to please, the food here is good, the place is clean, but customer service is lacking. I've had other poor experiences, but the themes are around unwelcoming service and long wait times.

As you can imagine, working in this industry can be high pressure and of course it is to be expected there may be a mistake made. That being said, if there ever was something missing from an order, Eric, the owner, was quick to fix it! I will happily go out of my way to stop at this location for my turkey hoagie!!
