  Me and my grandmother came here for breakfast and were met with poor service, employee was rude and snippy, even got loud with my grandmother. Gave me the wrong coffee, and when confronted got irritated and said something about the machine being broken, if that was the case then tell us at the speaker?? I get it, customer service is difficult, especially in the morning. But don’t yell at a senior and her grandchild. I also received the wrong donut, and when asking for the donut at the speaker I made sure to ask for a regular sprinkle and not chocolate, but received a chocolate sprinkle.

  I walked in to place my order. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin and a large iced coffee. The total was $9.18. I used 600 points from the app to pay for the coffee which should have left a balance of $5.29. The young lady that helped me scanned the QR code for the coffee then had an issue with the transaction, so she called over the manager. He tapped a few things on the screen, scanned my app, which had $6.76 available. I should have been left with $1.47. When he finished he told that I still owed $2.97! I said "no, I paid for the coffee with points and I paid for the sandwich with the balance from my app". At this point the manager started to argue with me, telling me that I didn't use any points. However, the QR code was scanned, the points were gone as well as my $6.76. I tried to resolve this, but the manager wouldn't hear it and just kept telling me that I still owed them. I ended up leaving, no order and minus $6.76 & 600 points. I had to stop at the next location southbound, across from the base to get my order, paying again (this location got it right) then calling Dunkin' corporate to work out a resolution. The Warrington location stole my money and my points! This is the last patronage this location has seen from me!

  Got my online order wrong, had to drive back to store! Would have been nice to get an apology? Really poor customer service

  Had a great experience, the hash browns were perfectly crisp and warm, plus the iced coffees tasted delicious too! Likely to become my preferred location in this area

  Usually a good dunkin however I have found their ice tea is usually an issue more times then not. This has been the only dunkin when I get ice tea it may taste like coffee. It continues to happen at this location which is unfortunate since everything else about this location is wonderful.
