  I’ve given them so many chances!! I have probably gone down there three different times and each time comes with a crazier story. I stand and stand in line until someone magically appears from the back with no gloves or washed hands. The bread is always hard and my veggies are always soggy. The staff make it seem like I’m asking for too much for a simple sandwich!

  Ordered online and when it showed up half the order was missing and the other half was wrong. Called and the lady on the phone had so much attitude and was beyond rude about it. Told me I could bring the wrong ones in or get a refund. That’s after she huffed and puffed when I explained what was wrong. It felt like I was bothering her with my issues. Like she couldn’t be bothered. Told me “must have forgot the drinks sorry” this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and things have been missing or wrong.

  I ordered delivery from this location tonight and was less than impressed sadly. I ordered two subs, both toasted and both arrived ice cold and could only tell was once toasted because the cheese had once been melted. On sub 1 it was so drenched in sauce they were unable to finish it and had to throw it away(was ordered for regular amount of sauce). On sub 2 sub was ordered with double meat and there was hardly any meat on it and it was ordered with extra mayo and there was no mayo that I could see or taste on that sub at all. It was so expensive to have delivered and wasn't even made correctly. Our drinks were incorrect as well but that may have been doordash.

  Well I think I’m done ordering from this location. Bought a cold cut combo, got basically a sub roll with a slice of meat and a little amount of veggies. The prices just aren’t worth this bread only sandwich….

  Only 1 employee was in the building working. I was getting a total of 4 subs. Soon as he pulled our breads out, and online order came through. He stormed over to that machine and ripped the paper off and threw it in the corner of the counter saying "too bad people, going to have to wait". Then comes back to mine. Puts cheese on all 4 subs. Starts the rest of the 1st sub that needed toasted, but sat it next to the toaster. Starts working on my 2nd sub. A cold cut trio. He realized he grabbed a pre cut 6" set, threw it away, and grabbed a full 12" set. Before I could tell him the other two 6" subs were also cold cut trios. His response to me was "well we are out of that now". I asked if there wasn't any in the back? He responded with " I don't know. But im not going to check because it's just me and I dont have time to do that" (WOW). So I replied that I wasnt able to get the other two subs then. My kids only do cold cut trio. He finishes my 2nd sub, and tells me it's time to check out, I had to point out that he didnt finish my 1st sub that still hadn't been toasted yet!!! Just the amount of rudeness and flat out disrespect and unprofessional. Will never go back to that location ever.
