  Long wait times. The workers look very busy. So, management needs to do better. Also, it has a flawed parking lot design and they often make you pull around to the mobile pick up area but you have to drive back around next to the drive thru lane and there is so little room. If everyone in drive-thru hugs the building you can just barely sqeak by. If they're not hugging the building.. well then you're trapped.

  What kind of management team do you people have there, anyways? You fire a young man trying to start his life and get by because the assistant manager has a personal issue with him? She can yell and demean the employees and then give an ultimatum to have this young man fired and he is the expendable one? Even where there are witnesses that say Ms. Oaks was the one out of line!! Meanwhile you have folks who won't wash their hands or even bathe working with the customers! That's just sad and I'm pretty sure illegal to fire someone out of retaliation. We are currently working with finding representation. And I hope this young lady is proud of herself for being a rotten human being.

  Went tonight for dinner on my lunch break. Waited in line 10-15 minutes. At the pick up window I was asked to pull up to stall 2. Waited at stall 2 for another 10+ minutes, food never came out. Went inside and manager Amy was rude and then stated they were getting slammed. Prior to going in I watched the drive thru completely empty twice so I had given plenty of time for 2 easy mcvalue meals to be brought out. I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes and an employee came out and asked if I was the one that had been waiting a long time and I said yes. She then asked me again what I had ordered. At this point I had 3 minutes to get back to work so I told her to just give a refund and followed her back in. She advised Amy I wanted a refund and Amy proceeded to ignore me. The other manager (male) also ignored me and I had to request an additional time for my refund. He finally came up and gave a refund but did not apologize for the service or anything. He handed me the money and walked away. The service was absolutely horrible. We get pulled up pretty much every time we go there but this was the first time we’ve been forgotten and the staff handled the situation poorly.
