  The cheesecake had many pieces of grissel. My order was overlooked and I waited longer than I should have. Two customers who came in after me got their orders before I got mine. When I brought it to their attention they didn't have anything ready. I had to wait even longer. Also, I scanned the QR code on my receipt. That survey didn't work. I tried several times to enter the 5 digit store number on the receipt. Obviously that was a waste. Don't ask for feedback if the feature does not work.

  I arrived at the drive-through in the north one location at approximately 1:25 PM. I wanted two beef and cheddar one side of mac & cheese. The girl the speaker seemed rushed, but I gave her props for upsell, a cherry turnover to me as I had no intention of getting one previously. My problems started once I arrived at the window. I was neither greeted with a smile or greeted at all. I arrived at the window to a woman giving me the stank face, simply telling me my total. I said can I use tap to pay? She did not reply as she started muting under her breath along the lines of you should’ve come inside and continue to give me terrible looking faces no pleases no thank you no have a good days. This woman is gonna be the downfall at this location. I presume she is one of the managers as I see her quite often.

  Issues with one of your stupid coupons. They were working it out but it was only a simple milkshake with a meal. However. I had already used the coupon for 2 for 7 reg....it will be a very long time before I visit Arby's again. This was the Lakewood dump
