  I ordered my usual Black Bean Crunchwrap, no sour cream and no nacho cheese, and they put shredded cheese on it. Short, older, white, female manager essentially told me it was my fault they put it on because I didn't deselect the shredded cheese. There's no option to do so because it's not supposed to have shredded cheese. Shredded cheese is actually a $.75 add on, but still she kept on that I should have selected to not have shredded cheese even though there wasn't an option to not select it. Shout out to the young Black man on shift who was very kind and talked to his manager for me. She ultimately, very begrudgingly, had them remake it, and it still had cheese on it. I left and didn't eat it because she was so awful about it that I felt unsafe eating the new one, even if I could get all the cheese off.

  The soda machine didnt have baja blast, only zero sugar baja, so i asked an employee if they have baja blast on the behind counter soda machine, an employee happily obliged then the manager a short thin woman with With glasses began harrasing me telling me i read the machine wrong, asking if i knew how to read, she then went to check the machine herself and diacovered ibwas right, no apology, no follow up just ignoring me then after we recieved our food we found many items missing.

  this taco bell is a time machine to an early 2000s stoner comedy. the cashier was the human embodiment of chill skater dude and checked in on our order multiple times. the dining area was absolutely rancid and the order took forever. I don't think I have ever had more food packed into a $9 luxe box in my life. 10/10 would come back

  Drive through service is the worse. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up but ending up waiting for over 20 mins when only 2 cars were in front of me. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else since this is not fast food. They need to seriously hire more workers or train them to better operate their system.
