  Food is slow and the staff are unprofessional in the back, screaming and yelling. Plus, they got our order wrong and gave us boneless chicken wings even though we ordered traditional wings nor did they give us the 2 marinara sauces we paid for.

  Ordered for delivery. They did not give us half our order, the half we did get was cold. When I called they said I would need to go get the missing items myself When I got there the restaurant smelled like Marijuana and took the employees over 3 minutes to realize I was standing in the building. When asked for a refund the kid said it wasn't his fault.

  The staff here actually cares they made it hot fresh super polite. They’re actually wearing gloves and a mask. What more could you ask for from a takeout pizza place is also very clean.

  I ordered from the Warminster, PA Pizza hut in November 2025. They messed up my entire order and it took 20 minutes while I was standing there to redo it. The manager was clearly frustrated, but to make it right, he gave me a $20 credit. This credit was hand written on a receipt and signed by him. Today I decided to give Pizza hut another chance, and was planning on using that store credit. When I attempted to use the credit, the cashier didn't know what to do with the credit, and said if I had a credit it would be in the computer already. He then called his manager, and then told me he couldn't use it and there was nothing he could do. So I said so not only did they mess up my original order 6 months ago, but now they wouldn't honor the credit they gave me. His response was that person doesn't even work here, insinuating that I made a fake credit on a pizza hut receipt and signed some random person's name on it. I again confirmed that they would not honor the credit. I then said that if they do not honor the credit and I had to pay full price for my order, that I would never come to pizza hut again. The cashier then said "that's fine". Pizza hut clearly couldn't care less about their customers.
