  Unfortunately, bonefish Grill is not what it used to be. I remember visiting their Florida location, I believe it’s either Tampa or St. Petersburg, I think it is one of their original flagship location. One thing that I wish they did better is not to pre-prepared the bang bang shrimp. Bonefish Grill was famous for its bang, bang shrimp, however, we can clearly tell that it was premade ahead of time and has sat under the lamp for a little bit. The host and server simply didn’t make sense. When we went there, the restaurant was basically empty, but the host made us wait a little while in order to suit their seating preference. Restaurants always try to accommodate the seating request of their patrons, not the other way around. It is a shame that such foundational customer service has not been fully addressed. I really dislike it when a place tries too hard to divide up sections and places because all it does is cause in efficiencies. You have servers keep walking by and they won’t even refill your water because you’re not in their section and then our server just took forever with everything. Overall, the food was OK. The service was less than desirable. Bonefish Grill, unfortunately is not what I used to be.

  Went for mother's day and had a great meal. I had the pork chop, which was excellent with a great sauce. Overall everything our party had was great.

  DO NOT COME HERE FOR HAPPY HOUR!!!! They have a margarita on the happy hour menu that says they use lunazul, they are quietly replacing it with TORTILLA SILVER WHICH IS $7 for a fifth sized bottle from wine and spirit, because they’re out of lunazul. First off the quality between the two are so far off. The bartender told me they’re doing this at all locations and its corporates decision. This is the ONLY tequila cocktail on happy hour! I say ok fine I’ll pick a different happy hour drink. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT FOOD. NOW THEY TELL US THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SHRIMP TOAST WHICH IS ALSO LISTED ON THE HAPPY HOUR MENU. AT THIS POINT IM LEAVING. There’s so many other options for happy hour! BYE.

  My wife and i walked in at 8:10 last night for dinner and the place looked like they were closing. We asked and the girl said no were are open till 10. Another couple had walked in behind us also. We were seated in the dining side near another register and was looking at the menu for atleast 13 minutes and no waitress, no drinks, no nothing. I had turned around and noticed the other couple sitting there and with nothing, a few minutes later i see them get up and go to the front and walk out of the place, i told my wife those people just left and i said im out too and we got to the front door and my wife looked at the hostess and said we are leaving cause nobody came back to server us at all . We ended up going to Red Robin and had great service and food. Last time we will go to Bonefish for us.

  Celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a late dinner at Bonefish on a Saturday night. Beautiful restaurant with great style and ambiance. Bang bang chicken for our appetizer was delicious! I had the crab cakes with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. Those crab cakes were so flavorful and cooked just as I requested. The crab was so fresh tasting! The bread with butter and olive oil dip was so good. But the highlight and best of all was our wonderful server-Roey! Such a sweet, fun yet very professional server. He was so personable that we felt like he’s family! He went above and beyond to make sure everything served to us was delicious and cooked to perfection. When we finished he brought out a big slice of cheesecake for our daughter and the chocolate chip cookies. We all shared and that cheesecake was exquisite! We had such a wonderful, memorable evening thanks to Bonefish and the greatest server EVER-Roey! Can’t wait to come back-again and again!
