  I had signed my children up for the Book It! program using the app and was looking for the closest Pizza Hut. I called to make sure this location honored the program. The man I spoke with was very kind and helpful! I preordered online for a specific pick-up time. The pizzas were hot and delicious when we arrived. It was a seamless, free process and the pizzas were exactly as expected! Just like the good-old-days!

  I ordered Cinnamon Sticks with Cinnabon Signature Cream Cheese Frosting but was given regular icing instead. No big deal. I figured it would take about 10 seconds to fix. Instead, the employee immediately insisted, “That’s not what you ordered.” Even after I showed him my receipt proving I paid for the cream cheese frosting, he continued telling me I was wrong before eventually claiming they didn’t have any. So I asked for a refund since I wasn’t given what I paid for. His response? “No.” At that point, I was the one suggesting ways to fix their mistake because apparently that wasn’t going to happen otherwise. This wasn’t about the $0.79. It was about turning their mistake into an argument instead of simply fixing it even after I showed proof that I had paid for the cream cheese frosting. I left feeling disrespected and won’t be returning. & The pizza I ordered was nasty too. It was way too doughy and reminded me of cafeteria pizza.

  Order through the app for extra beef. This is what they call extra on a medium pizza. Find another pizza hit to go to.
