  I love that they have added a Dunkin in the transportation center! They’re always so quick with my order and it’s super convenient when traveling ☺️

  I usually stop here before or after work. Today was insane. I ordered my food on the app. I get to the store 40 minutes after thier posted opening time. Mind you, you can't order on app unless the store is open. Me and several others were told that we have to wait until 6 o'clock. I am pissed because that's when I leave out before work. He didn't offer to refund me. He only told me to call customer service. Which is closed on Sundays. I can't even get help from the virtual assistant in app. I guess the AI is off on Sunday too? Either way I won't be coming back. I took photos and video so I will be calling Monday.

  This is a new location inside the 69th Transportation Terminal. The workers are rude , coffee is nasty. I was in line and one of their friends of the same ethnicity came in yelled over to one of their friends worked to make him some . The man made it and handed it to him reaching over another lady’s head . Mind you there were other customers waiting for their food to be made before I got in line
