  I usually have a good experience coming to this chipotle, but today was very disappointing and so very disrespectful. I walked in on 9/17 around 4:30 PM. I asked the woman (African American, Short, Heavyset, short hair wearing a visor) for double rice and that I wanted chicken on my bowl. When I got the register, the guy told me my total was 14 dollars, I was confused because it’s usually around 10. He said it was because I got double chicken. I then clarified and said “Oh i just wanted extra rice, not chicken” Thinking the lady misunderstood what I had asked for. The guy then goes to tell her what I wanted. She then starts going OFF about how I was lying saying “Girl no you asked for double rice and chicken” and was yelling about how she wasn’t going to remake my bowl and that’s what I asked for. As she is doing this, nobody is defending me. Nobody apologized or offered to help remake my bowl, and to make matters worse I believe the manager was standing right there. I was so respectful to the woman who made my bowl and the guy at the register, there was absolutely NO reason to disrespect me like that. I ended up walking out not buying anything because no one should be talking to me like that. I came right after work starving and I can’t believe that it’s okay for them to treat their customers like that.

  MY FRIEND ORDERED FROM HERE & DIDNT GET THE BUY 1 GET 1 FREE OFFER,HIS AUNT ORDERED THE SAME DAY AND GOT THE PROMOTION. I ORDERED TODAY AND GOT IT AND ALSO GOT STALE TORTILLA CHIPS🤬🤬THATS MY FAVORITE PART🤬🤬IM JUST DISGUSTED. IF I CAN RATE ZERO I WOULD🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Went to get Chipotle at 9:35 and they had locked their doors early. There were people inside but they ignored me. Last time I went there I ordered guac on my burrito bowl. I looked away for a sec and she was closing my bowl. It didn’t look like there was guac. I asked if she added guac, she just looked at me, and the man next to her replied yes. I still didn’t think it was added, so I said something to the cashier, who went and asked the lady if she added guac, and she said “I don’t remember.” So I opened my bowl myself & no guac. Even though my bowl was open, she proceeded to give me a cup of guac. I said I don’t want a cup, can you please add it to my bowl. She’s annoyingly added it to my bowl. I wanted to get a drink but they wanted me outta there so fast I didn’t even get a chance to. It was close to closing time maybe 9:30. I’ve had good experiences there other times.

  I’ve have ordered from this specific Chipotle twice and I have had mistakes both times. The first time I ordered online, via the Chipotle app, they made mistakes on my bowl and I could not eat the contents of it. Further more today, my friend ordered food for both me and her and the food portions within the bowl was small and she was told, there was nothing they can do about it and cannot accommodate us for the lack or portion sizes. This Chipotle location is unprofessional, unprepared, and refuses to do anything about it. Be sure to be careful which location you are ordering from for the future.
