The first time I ordered online, via the Chipotle app, they made mistakes on my bowl and I could not eat the contents of it. Further more today, my friend ordered food for both me and her and the food portions within the bowl was small and she was told, there was nothing they can do about it and cannot accommodate us for the lack or portion sizes. This Chipotle location is unprofessional, unprepared, and refuses to do anything about it. Be sure to be careful which location you are ordering from for the future.

I got helped from unique and Warren . What made this night even more special was the excellent customer service here at this location . I previously came from the havertown location and had the utmost worst experience . So thank you upper Darby for treating people like humans and having common courtesy
