  This was my 1st time coming to this market!! And I must I was very disappointed.. It’s no milk on the shelves but 1% milk and lactose milk.. whoever the manager is, it’s comes from lack of management!! Shelves in the store needs to be stocked!! I don’t recommend this store what so ever! You need anything keep driving and go to Wawa!!!

  I love online ordering and pickup. Everyone does it now, and everyone has their own app or way of doing it. The Acme app is okay. The app is laggy which means it takes an extra minute to order and of course we aren't built for that anymore. This location is solid, though. They actually substitute when they don't have something and they generally have what's on the app, so I know someone is keeping up with inventory. I just wish you guys could finally come up with something that would help the coyote catch the roadrunner. I'll be back.

  Bathrooms need to be seriously cleaned and mopped. The floor is always very sticky and unclean. Smells and looks like they don't mop or clean them regularly. Unfortunately, the smell travels down the aisles were the food and Pharmacy items are. I generally enjoy Acme stores, but this location not so much

  Placed a delivery order through their app on Sunday to be delivered the following day. The order never showed up despite them sending an email saying it was delivered. I called customer service, explained the situation and was told that a new order would be delivered today between 8a-12p. Again, nothing was delivered and this time we didn't even receive an email. Seems like they farm out the delivery to one of the garbage delivery services who could care less about Acme's reputation.

  I visited the meat department today to purchase chicken, but no staff members were visible. After waiting for several minutes, I asked a team member in the seafood department named Tina if anyone was available to assist me at the chicken counter.Tina responded by stating she was busy and could not help me. When I clarified that I was only inquiring if another staff member was on duty, she continued to reiterate how busy she was in a very unprofessional and impolite manner. I wanted to bring this interaction to your attention, as the level of service I received was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
