- BMBrian MMay 11, 20262.0The most rude and unfriendly employees I’ve ever encountered in a grocery store IN MY LIFE. Only 2 or 3 greet you and speak, (Black lady with locks and glasses, tall girl at self checkout and the two young women (one White and one Black) that work in the deli and maybe one other employee, I come here almost everyday and receive nothing but rude stares and bad customer service. The employees will have full-fledged conversations with each other while there are massive lines and they don’t care one bit and they still won’t greet you. I’m not sure if they’re underpaid by the company and the customers have to feel the wrath or the poor pay makes them not care to provide good customer service or if this location just hires anybody off the street without vetting them but 89% of the staff are in dire need of some etiquette courses. This seriously needs to be addressed because they make it feel so unwelcoming. ETA: they’re never fully staffed either. Only 2 or 3 self checkouts are open at a time and at most 2 employees manning registers and if you’re buying alcohol and have to get in the wine/beer line you’ll be in line for an hour! It’s terrible.
